Thailand eSIM refunds: when you get your money back

  • Full refund if it does not work
  • Ask while in Thailand
  • Back to your card

The short answer

The store's rule: if the eSIM does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund. A working eSIM you no longer want is not refunded, and neither is one your phone cannot install. Ask the store's support while you are in Thailand, with your order page link.

What is refunded

A full refund when the eSIM does not work in Thailand and cannot be fixed. The store puts the rule in plain words: “If the eSIM does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.”

What is not

A working eSIM, whether installed or not; and a phone that is locked or cannot take an eSIM: a working eSIM is not refunded because a phone cannot install it, so check your phone before you buy. Install the eSIM within 30 days of purchase.

How to ask

Write to the store’s support while you are in Thailand, with the link to your order page, or the email address you paid with and the date of payment. The QR code appears on that page right after payment, so keep the link to your order. When the line will not connect, add your phone model and screenshots so the store can attempt a fix first.

Where the money goes

It goes back to the card or method you paid with. Your bank decides when it appears. All purchases follow the store’s own refund policy.

Still stuck?

Orders, QR codes and refunds are handled by VietSIM support. Write with the link to your order page and your phone model.
