Questions about Thailand eSIM prices

Why are the prices in US dollars?

Every language of the store sells in US dollars. The tax-inclusive total is shown before you pay, and your bank converts it like any other card payment.

Is tax included?

Yes. Prices on this site are the tax-inclusive prices, exactly as the store shows them.

What if my trip dates change?

Install within 30 days of the purchase. When your trip starts later than that window, contact the store's support before installing.

Is there a refund if I do not use it?

No. A working eSIM is not refunded, installed or not, and a cancelled trip is not either. The full refund applies when the eSIM does not work and cannot be fixed.

Is there an unlimited plan?

The store also sells unlimited plans, but it names no speed cap for them, so this site does not show them. Every plan shown here states its data.

Where do I buy a plan?

On VietSIM, the same company's store for Vietnam and Asia. This site sells nothing itself: its buttons open the store's Thailand page.
